Oregon Trip: 2020

Sharing a reflection from the first and only work trip I made in 2020. 

“Last night, we huddled a circle. I was amongst the chosen family of the bride and groom, and it was precious to feel this love. To remember camaraderie is possible. The new way of living life, through small careful circles. Meeting people is still infrequent but the few times it happens, it’s through filters of intimacy, life long friendships, etc. 

Oregon was such a beautiful state to visit this year. It’s a blessing to have come out this far for work especially in a pandemic. The fog crawling up the length of the trees was calming, beautiful, and mysterious.”
