⚠️ For High Schoolers, you must fill out a Guardian, Adult Sibling, or Parent Permission form to complete your booking process
⚠️ You will need to sign and submit a permission form (from your parent, guardian or adult sibling)
⚠️ You must CC your parent, guardian or adult sibling in our emails
⚠️ If you are a parent booking for your child, please ensure on the day of their session that either you or a verified chaperone will be in attendance. You will need to give me your phone number, email and/or the chaperone's phone number & email.
High School Sessions

College/Grad Student Sessions

- What year in college or grad school are you in?
